Bill Moran and the Community Mentoring Team change lives every

day by creating pathways to family-sustaining careers in the

electrical industry for hundreds of Black men and women.

Thanks to Bill’s leadership, young people throughout Boston

are becoming part of a skilled electrical workforce that will build

more affordable housing in our communities, install clean energy

technologies in our schools, hospitals, and universities, and power

a more equitable city.
