Boston Workforce Development Organization Celebrates Growth, Goals, and Community
Community Mentoring Team (CMT) kicked off the year with its New Year, New Commitments event, bringing together mentors, mentees, and supporters to celebrate past successes and set new goals for 2025.
Founder, Bill Moran, and other team members shared inspiring wins from 2024 as well as commitments for the new year. Attendees engaged in a fun game of bingo, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to building strong, supportive relationships in an uplifting environment. With a renewed focus on mentorship, leadership, and community engagement, CMT remains steadfast in its mission to positively shape lives through guidance, opportunity, and accountability—ensuring that every commitment made this year paves the way for even greater achievements ahead.
