EDUCATION & OUTREACH
We are constantly studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. Programming and community engagement are at the core of our strategy. We invest heavily in supporting the development of integrated mentorship and partner solutions so that we can continuously deliver reliable tools to our mentees.
MENTORSHIP
Our mentors see every challenge as an opportunity and are prepared to support you as you navigate the unique situations ahead. From career guidance, to industry test preparation and wellness classes, the team will arm you with the tools needed to succeed.
LICENSING
At CMT, our success as an organization is measured by your professional growth. Graduates of our apprentice program earn licensing from the 5-year IBEW Local 103 training programs.

Most of our efforts at CMT involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. From our research, we've learned the importance of prioritizing wellness. Our partners provide access to wellness classes tailored to support our Mentees' professional growth.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
We get it. To succeed in a career in the Trades requires personal investment, and we recognize that this may be a challenge for many of our mentees. CMT provides financial assistance opportunities for industry exam prep classes, exam fees, course books, and occupational tools, supplies and resources.
SUPPORT SERVICES
